Wazir Khan's Baradari:

It is located near to Lahore Museum. The building is named after its founder, Hakim Ilmuddin (titled 'Wazir Khan'), who also gifted the city of Lahore with some remarkable monuments like Wazir Khan Mosque & Wazir Khan's Hamam (also called 'Shahi Hamam') in the Walled City inside Dehli Gate Lahore. The 'Baradari' (meaning 12 Dars or Doorways) was originally surrounded by a fine garden with large number of date-palm trees. The existing two-story pavilion like structure is dominated by handsome arches and corner towers, capped by cupolas. Today, the Baradari is used as a part of Punjab Public Library attracting the learners to laud this lovely monument.
